David Gasper is a serial software entrepreneur. His first venture was Gasper Corporation, a software company that created availability management software for Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) systems. Gasper Corporation became the world’s leader in ATM Management software. In 1999, David sold Gasper Corporation to NCR Corporation. David’s latest venture, Assisted Patrol, provides unique, specialized electronic bait products for police departments. Law enforcement agencies use Assisted Patrol to arrest and convict electronic thieves. David Gasper has a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Business Analysis (QBA) from Wright State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. Ernst and Young named him “1998 Entrepreneur of the Year” (high technology category) in Dayton, Ohio.
